Two ways to wear it:

On your pillow — two sprays across pillow and linen to scent the close of the day.
On your skin — mist over shoulders, chest and arms after your evening shower. Each mist delivers magnesium chloride to the skin.

How long does one bottle last?

With 2–3 sprays per night, one 100ml bottle lasts approximately 6–8 weeks of nightly use.

Will it stain my pillowcases?

No. Dream Mylk is a fine, water-based mist that dries clean on cotton, linen, and silk. We recommend a light spray held 20–30cm from the pillow.

Is it safe to use during pregnancy?

We don't recommend Dream Mylk during pregnancy or while breastfeeding without first consulting your healthcare provider, as it contains essential oils including clary sage, neroli, and bergamot.

How is Dream Mylk different from a regular lavender pillow spray?

Most pillow sprays are lavender-only. Dream Mylk pairs lavender with magnesium — known for its role in muscle relaxation — plus a wider botanical blend (neroli, chamomile, sandalwood, bergamot) for a more layered, less floral fragrance.
